What nights are formal nights?

We are on Eclipse on 8th March and I would also like to know when our formal nights will be. I have e mailed Celebrity but they cannot commit. We are expecting 2nd day at sea and penultimate night but I would really like to know which is the one in the middle.

We have one sea day in the middle and I am expecting that this will be the one? Does anyone know please?

We are on Reflection in another 12 days. Not to take over the thread but when answering the OP question, if anyone can include how formal is formal? If you go on the cruise fashion board, they dress up with shoes, jewelry and purses to match. Is this how the formal nights really are or just basically wearing a dress and the guys in suits? One night more formal then another ?
