Payment of cruise balance - UK

Is it possible to make online payment of balance due on cruise booked directly with RCI via the 'make a payment' tab displayed on 'My Cruises' account? Previously I would call the UK office to process final payment on my behalf but I'm not sure if this remains an option now that the UK office role has been transferred to Guatemala :confused:

Yes, that's what we did on our last cruise.

 

Infact we chip away at the balance before final payment and then just pay it off this way a couple of days before balance due.

We did get revised emailed invoices last year for our Liberty cruise but not this year when we have paid off a couple of chunks of our Adventure cruise. The stated balance owed figure is decreasing though thankfully.

You can still phone the UK office if you want to pay it off that way. They are still there at the moment :)

We do the same in terms of paying off via the web site and didn't receive an update 'zero' invoice this year for our TA on Adventure from Miami on April 20th. Have you been over on the roll call? http://cruiseforums.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?p=41747695#post41747695
