Difference in Pullman bed & upper berth...?

Recommended Posts

I just upgraded from an oceanview to a balcony on liberty in a couple weeks and i was told it has an upper berth... what's the difference in a pullman and upper berth?

I believe that it is just terminology. Kinda like calling a can of soda a "coke", when in fact it may be Pepsi or Root Beer.

ahh ok... it will be my 7 yr old sleeping in it, so I think either would be fine, but I just wasn't sure.

thanks!

Glad to help. On Liberty it may come down out of the ceiling if i remember correctly. I know on older ships the "pullman" bed hung on the wall.

EDIT: Sorry Image did not upload corectly
