Last minute questions before we leave for Tahiti & Moorea

We will be in Moorea for 3 days before our Pacific Princess cruise staying at Hotel Les Tipaniers. We will have a car.

 

Where is the best Polynesian evening show on Moorea? Do you know the cost with dinner or without dinner?

 

My tour books say not to drink the water without boiling. Can we have ice in our drinks at the hotels and restaurants? Brush our teeth at the hotel?

 

We want to rent a car in Papeete on Sunday, before the cruise leaves. Will there be any place beside the Airport rentals open?

The ice is fine at Les Tipaniers, ate there many times.

Go for the show and not the dinner. The show is very good but dinner ........ just eat before you go.

thank you so much for your quick answer. We leave Tuesday and are excited. We keep adding subtracting cloths in the guest room. I am debating on wearing shorts or crop pants on tours. I am 68 and don't look that good in shorts.

There will be others who don't look great in shorts but you will be glad you did.

 

100% Cotton is the way to go. Take half of what you think you will need, everyone always over packs ;)
