Toilet facilities on Caribbean cruise?

Im thinking of booking our first Caribbean cruise and was wondering what toilet facilities are like in the Caribbean - we're used to Europe so am hoping they're on par or better?!

Much better:). The bars etc are usually very clean and are proper toilets, not holes in the ground:D

Never had a problem, some better some worse than Europe. If you got to St Kitts the Carambola Beach Club has very nice loos with a lady guarding it like it was her own private facility!

Most are certainly better than anything you will find in an Italian Ski Resort thats for sure;)
