premium drink package

how strict are they about sharing drinks? how do they enforce this? my dad bought the premium drink package for him and my mom on the allure of the seas.

I couldn't see a lot of information about this on the website. my niece is traveling with us as well, she's 6 years old. if my mom orders a chocolate milk one morning and gives it to her is that a bad thing to do?

We were just on the Liberty last week and they were very strict. We each got the Royal Replenish package and they checked our cards every time we got a non free drink. My husband had to take my card, along with his to get us both drinks. If he didn't have my card, no additional drink was given.

 

As far as a chocolate milk, I'm not sure. Perhaps someone else knows if they will allow that.

Ultimately, the package is intended for the person who purchased it. Anything outside of that is quite literally stealing. Does that stop people from abusing it? Absolutely not. You'll see threads throughout here that show people talking about how that is there express intention...to buy the package and use it for their cabin mate or cruise friends. I know people who've done it with great success and were never questioned by on board staff. Really though, how much is a chocolate milk?

 

Also, it's annoying to worry the whole time if someone is going to call you out on it.

Yes. It is a bad thing to do as a rile if your intention is to share a package not intended to be shared. That said I don't ever remember bring charged for milk.

Drink packages are per person and not intended to be shared. To do so is dishonest and stealing. I would not compromise my integrity for the cost of a few drinks. Just my opinion...

Chocolate milk is complimentary, no package needed.

I have heard of people splitting the drink package before but never myself.

It is just ridiculously over-priced for what you get.

But, I have let both kids use 1 soda card..

Recently off the Freedom and they were very strict. You had to show your card for each drink. Even if you've been to that bar several times and they know you.
