Port of Miami Car Rental courtesy shuttle?

When I disembark at the Port of Miami I plan to rent a car.

 

The Port of Miami says the following can pick up

Hertz

Dollar

National

Alamo

Amigo's

 

Do these renter companies pick you up at the dock?

Alamo, National, Dollar, and Thifty have free shuttle service from the Port of Miami back to the Rental Car Center which is located directly across from Miami International Airport. Budget, Avis, and Hertz have downtown Miami locations that are close to the Port Of Miami. I'm relatively certain that Hertz provides shuttle service to their location and not sure about Avis or Budget. When I rent a vehicle pre or post cruise I usually rent from either Dollar or Thifty which is owned by the same company. I've read numerous posts on Cruise Critic that states the service at the downtown Hertz location is horrible because of the crowds and the fact that the office is small, everyone lines up in the same line for pickups and drop-offs, and they don't use the handheld computers when you return a vehicle to that location. Also, I have never heard of a company called Amigo's.
