Is anyone getting free prepaid gratuities on this cruise? What determines this perk? Seems like on some cruises we get it and sometimes we don't.

If there was a promotion on when you booked the cruise for PPG you will get them

 

Some TA's offer PPG when you book with them

 

If you have 10+ cruise with O you get PPG

 

Do you fit into any of those categories???

 

I would ask in your roll call if you are just asking about your specific cruise

High volume TAs have groups and that gets them PPGs on nearly every cruise.
