Hair Braiding in Cartagena?

Our first port of call next month on the Norwegian Sun will be Cartagena. My teen daughter really wants to get her hair braided. Is there anyplace near the pier that offers braiding? Approx cost?

The ships dock in a commerical port. Nobody allowed to linger. You could ask in the nice shop at the end of the pier.

 

Cartagena is a really large city with an interesting and beautiful old town. It's not a beach destination per se although the city has a beach on the other side. You probably find better opportunities for hair braiding on the islands.
