Brilliance Med Cruise Live Report

My brother is currently on the Brilliance in the Mediteranean. He called this morning and told me that they scrubbed the Kusadasi stop in Turkey due to some terriorist threats in Istanbul, which was disappointing for him since that was the reason he took the Brilliance in the first place because it was going there. They also missed the Mykanos port because of rough seas. He said they were hit by a wave that made the ship list 10 degrees causing many of the dishes and glasses to break in the restaurants and bars. Other than that he is enjoying his cruise.

My parents are on the same cruise - I knew about Kusadasi, but it's a shame to hear about Mykanos. What is it with rogue waves this year?! :rolleyes:
