habanerosoy Posted May 2, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 2, 2014 We just booked our first cruise to Bahamas this month. We are suppose to arrive at 1200PM -8:00PM. We are really interested in spending the whole day at Atlantis, however paying 140 for just 4 hours in a water park does not really make too much sense to me. Any all inclusive day pass that would allows us to have a good time?? Also should I bring any cash with me??? Do I need to buy the Atlantis Packages trough the ship line?? Please any good advise to first timers would be Welcomed. Thanks
disneymarie Posted May 3, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 3, 2014 We are not the type to do Atlantis, what we did was hop a ride with a tour driver, Tommy Bahama for $20 a piece and got to all the highlighted spots. The only thing we missed was passed on the third day at a beach. We got off the ship at 11:00 and were back on about 4:00, leaving at 5:00. This time we will do the tour, rum cake factory, fort, staircase, market, pirates museum and maybe if time Junkaboo beach. If not maybe eat locally. I just could see the reason for us to pay the money for Atlantis, but that is us. We saw it during the tour and I just thought it was pricy. flucocruiser Posted May 3, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 3, 2014 Atlantis allows you to purchase day passed which are cheaper than carnival arm and a leg deal I think it's 70 but you can't pre-order you have to actually go to the main lobby. Contact them for details, they don't advertise.
