Helicopter Tours

Hi everyone. I am looking at helicopter tours, of which there seem to be many. Anyone know which port is better for them; Juneau or Skagway? Or does it matter?

Nope doesn't matter, better to choose based on scheduling your ENTIRE port times best.

 

There is only one "trekking" tour, of which I only recommend the level 3. Glacier Dog sledding is similar with companies. Glacier landings are based on time, the longer trips may have double landings and/or more flight seeing time.

 

Every trip will be different. :)

We just did the helicopter/Menendhall Glacier walk tour in Juneau with Temsco. It was great, highly recommend it!
