Hello - I see you have been a big help to others - I am hoping for the same. We will be on the Oceania Marina arriving Copenhagen on Thursday August 14. We are staying one night at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I know the hotel is near public transportation to get us quickly to the city center - but first we need to get to the hotel to drop off our luggage.

 

We are arriving at the pier: ORIENTKAJ!

 

After arriving at the pier - using public transportation - how do we get from the pier to the hotel?

Luckily its very easy because Crowne Plaza is located next to Ørestad station.

 

 

Take bus 26 towards Ålholm Plads from UNICEF Færgehavn Nord Bus stop, its located just outside terminal 1.

 

The departures at at XX:13 and XX:53.

Now you have 2 option.

 

 

1) Get off at Østerport station and take one of the airport trains or Øresund trains for Sweden and get off at Ørestad station

 

 

 

But remember that there is 2 bus stops for Østerport, The first when coming from the port is Østerport st, Sløjfen (26 Holdeplads on the map) hasn´t any elevators.

 

Instead use Folke Bernadottes Allé (26 Ålholm Plads) where you are not far from the elevators and escalators.

2) Continue to Kongens Nytorv from where you take metro line M1 towards Vestamager and get off at Ørestad.
