Specialty restaurant menu questions

Is the menu for Chops identical on all the ships? We enjoyed the selections in Chops on the Enchantment. What is the menu like for Portofinos? We couldn't stand the pasta in the regular dining room. I am hoping Portofinos is real Italian food and not Ragu or Olive Garden caliber.

you will not be disappointed with the food at Portofinos. It was one of the best meals I ever had. The presentation was incredible. There was an appetizer first, then a pasta dish, then an entree, then dessert. The pasta dish I had was spaghettini with chunks of lobster and zucchini and I don't know what else but it was good!!
