How do you know nightly themes in restaurants?

So I have been reading and reading on here! And just totally curious so many people have said oh they have Asian night at the buffet or seafood night etc. do you have to go and wander the buffet to find out? Is it posted somewhere?

 

Obviously not a life or death question just totally curious :)

You look in the freestyle dailies delivered to your cabin each night. All the entertainment, restaurants, spa specials, etc. for the next day are given to you then. We had a seafood extravaganza in the buffet one night - they told us the night before.
