New Carnival Excurisions in Roatan

Noticed on the Carnival website this week that Roatan has several new shore excursions that really look nice. There is a place called Coral Cay which has three excursions but seems to be basically transportation to get there on one of them and the other two are kayaking and snorkeling but all three mention that food and drinks are on your own. There is also a Jolly Roger cruise as well?? Has anyone been on the Valor recently and know about these new shore excursions?
