Do Beverage Packages Ever Go On Sale?

We've sailed on Celebrity quite a few times. The last couple of cruises we were able to score on the free beverage package they were promoting. We are going on our first RC cruise next February. Since they share the same parent company, does RC ever put the beverage packages on sale?

I've never seen the beverage packages go on sale by themselves. Some transatlantic cruises were packaged with "free" beverage packages, but at a cost of losing the C&A balcony discount.
