Mo Bay to Blue Hole Drive Time?

Everyone raves about the Blue Hole, but seems like they all dock in Falmouth or Ocho Rios; does anyone know how long it takes to/from the Montego Bay port to the Blue Hole? I don't want to spend four hours in a van and will pick something else if it's that far.

Minimum of 2 hrs each way. It's about an hour and a half (depending on traffic) from MoBay to Ocho Rios and Blue hole is about another 30 minutes or so. I would never try that on a cruise port stop in MoBay. Falmouth, maybe, Ochi, for sure.
