Happy 4th of July + 2014 Quebec City Port Guide without the "é"

Hi and happy 4th of July for those visiting us from south of the border. On July 1st, I posted a very good updated free Quebec City port guide written by a fellow cruiser (Tom Sheridan).

 

Not that I want to be repetitious, but I have noticed that the CC search engine doesn't show my post when people search for "Quebec" instead of "Québec" . Moderators don't change posts. So, for people who won't see my July 1st post in 2 weeks from now and need quick concise info on Quebec City here is the guide again:

I came back from second Canada N/E cruise 1 month ago. Having this guide would have saved me hours of "googling".
