Sundays in Hamilton

Does anybody know what time the shops and stuff start closing in Hamilton on Sundays? We are scheduled to dock at King's Wharf at 3pm on Sunday (staying overnight), and I know the last Blue Line ferry leaves Hamilton for the Dockyard at 6pm. Trying to decide if it's worth going into Hamilton on Sunday or if everything will be closed already.

In fact all, or almost all, shops are closed on Sunday.

 

All the shops at the Dockyard are OPEN....

 

So either do a little shopping, visit the glasswork, rum cake factory, etc... OR if you are planning to do a private taxi tour of the island, this would be the time.

 

BAMZ, the caves, the beaches are all open...

 

 

The ferry leaves the Dockyard for Hamilton at 3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 ...BUT the last one leaves Hamilton at 6:50 ...so if you plan on getting back via ferry you will have to get back at 6:50.

Thanks for the quick reply and info, sebas! Plan has been to hangout at the Dockyard, even though we've done all this (this is our third cruise to Bermuda, plus my folks flew in for their honeymoon), but just wanted to make sure Hamilton wasn't a better idea.

While many shops are closed on Sunday but they changed the law allowing them to open on Sundays. A few have taken up the offer, but many have not.
