I know things have changed a lot but the last time we cruised NCL was 1989 on the Seaward & Starward. Did not cruise for about 10 yrs then stated back with RCCL & Carnival. I'll be honest here...we loved Carnival but this last smoking policy change has us back looking at NCL. Soooooo... need to know the latest & greatest...Any info would help such as Room service ? Pizza? Deli? Lido deck amenities? Tipping policies? Self assist debarkation? Freestyle dining ? Plus any other info you may know that may be helpful. Looking at the Getaway mid May to the Eastern Caribbean Thanks...

Why not just read through some of the treads in this forum with topics that interest you. Two of the topics you mentioned appear in the first few threads.

This whole forum is chock-full of info you will find helpful. There are dozens of reviews posted, with photos, questions about smoking, self walk-off... all of it. Plus, spend some time going through NCL.com - read the FAQs and "Getting Ready..." links. Really, read them.

Join the roll call !! If there is a M&G planned it will be free, refreshments provided at no charge and you will get to meet the senior staff chiefs.

Music and entertainment all over the ship at different venues. Have fun doing research!!
