Juneau / Shrine of Ski

Hi,

I have seen a picture in a different thread from the shrine of ski in Juneau / Douglas Island. Does anyone know where it is located, have googled a bit but can not find the adesse. We have a car, so no problem for us to drive to :)

well that's different... would you say it's worth going to? i.e. is it convenient and cool enough to spend a wee bit of time? looks it!

It's a fun drive-by. The N. Douglas Hwy is quite scenic as you round the north end of the island.

It is a fence/entrance for a home- Located on North Douglas Road- When you are docked, downtown Juneau- looking towards Douglas Island- the road is to your right of the Juneau-Douglas Bridge. I think it is about 2-3 miles from the bridge.

 

It is a great place to donate those old ski's that have been stored in sheds and garages for years. And then they are still of good use.
