Legend 7256 or 8228 - view obscured?

These are extended balconies which I think we'd really like. However, they are in the "recessed" part because the lifeboats are below. We like to see water when we look down. Does anyone have a picture they can post of looking down from their extended balcony towards the lifeboats? Also, can people looking over the lido deck see us on our balcony if on the Panorama deck?
