Since the forecast tracks are really only somewhat accurate out to 5 days, they would not likely make changes beyond that. Otherwise, it can be any time within that window, and changes are made as the situation warrants. Safety comes first, and there's really no need to be concerned. You would probably find sailing into the midst of a hurricane much more unpleasant than any itinerary change, so just relax and enjoy wherever you end up.
