Marseille

I'm leaving this Friday on a Med cruise and have just made arrangements to visits friends who live not far from Marseille. Could someone plse give me directions for how to get from the where the cruise ships dock to the main railway station as I'd like to catch an 8.35 a.m. train out of the city. I'm sure the directions are somewhere in this forum already but I don't have time to sift through all the threads!! Many Thanks - Anne

We took a taxi. I believe it cost 11Euro from the port to the rail station. It is about a 15 minute ride.
