balcony on Getaway

First time in NCL, Getaway I need to be close to a elevator prefer to be midship / rear, to be closer to back but still midship due to walking problems.

cabin now is 11787 read report that smoking on balcony could be a problem ? would that be from people smoking on balconies near by or from the restaurants below that allow smoking? Heard reports that smoking on balconies is now banned? is that true?

Should I consider changing this location?
