Handicap Van

We were in Cayman a few years ago and they had a couple who had a van with a lift and I cant find there card. Would anyone have there information or know someone? Thanks

Cayman has a few options for wheelchair users. Unfortunately many public transport options are not handicapped accessible.

 

Reid/Royal Tours (345)-945-8142 (email link) is operated by Errol Reid and lists handicapped accessible transportation. I'm not sure what vehicle Errol uses for that.

 

Webster's Tours (345)-945-1433 (email link) is a large tour company offering handicapped accessible transport. Their website shows a sizable lift-equipped tour bus, maybe larger than you need?

 

Elite Limousine Service (345)-949-5963 (email link) purports to be "the island's only "for hire" wheelchair-accessible transportation."

Digging a little more:

 

An old thread right here on Cruise Critic mentions Max Taxi and Tours (345)-917-0133 having a lift equipped van with no raised roof. I can verify that Max is still listed as providing tour transportation in a local online phone directory but there is no mention of a wheelchair lift in that listing. This might be the couple with a van that you heard about.
