Carnival Freedom Food Options

I would like to know if all the food options are open on Embarkation Day. I know the Buffet will get really crowded, but I'm not sure if I want to just order something from the Dining room. Choices, Choices, Choices. What will be my choices?

The dining room will not be open. Lido buffet areas only including deli, fish and chips, Mongolian wok, guys burgers, blue iguana
