Help! Voucher Pick-Up....Where???

Has anyone sailed Divina lately and purchased drink voucher packages online? MSC emailed a confirmation of my oder stating that the vouchers would be delivered to my cabin "on the second day at the latest". This is not making me happy - I would like to have them upon boarding. I have read that they can be picked up at the casino upon boarding. Can anyone validate this information having done so personally? I am looking forward to this cruise with great anticipation - we have previously sailed Lirica 2x and Poesia 1x and love MSC - but I would like to have a drink in hand (gotten with my vouchers) upon sail away :)) Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I was told that I can pick up the vouchers at any bar.

 

But then again, I have heard others say you have to go to the casino bar.

 

I never heard that they would be delivered to the cabin.

 

I'm leaving in a couple weeks when I get back I will post about it.

I was on the Divina last week. We picked up our vouchers at the casino bar on deck 6.

FLB, just purchased several vouchers and got the same email. Have read many posts that agree with the above. In the casino bar upon boarding but be sure to bring a print copy of your confirmation.

Hope you are back from your cruise...I have the same question that you posted...I am sailing the divina Oct. 4th and purchased a Allesgrismo Escape Package, a Beer Package, and Soda Package.... my question is where do i pick these vouchers up once i board the ship.... I had called MSC up and they are telling me the same thing they told you...that they will be delivered to my cabin....that doesn't seem right... I had booked through my TA...so she in turn had to call MSC directly to book my vouchers.... I have a copy of the print out of my cruise with along with the vouchers that i had purchased...

 

Hoping that you have already sailed, can you tell me where you picked your drink vouchers up at, or were they delivered to your cabin?

Cathy, also booked with a TA but reserved my drink vouchers on the MSC website without a problem. Don't know all the uproar about MSC website, works fine for me. Alot better than X.

Cathy you actually sail the week before me so I guess we will both find out once on board. That email was certainly not what everyone else says. I will go to the casino with my print-out in hand. I was able to book online without any problems. Have a great cruise!

I was told that i had to have my TA call MSC and book the drink packages... She did....everything is fine....she sent me a print out of the three different packages that was ordered.....So i think i am going to do the same....i am going to bring the print out with me, and once onboard, go to the casino...

 

I had called up MSC and one told me that the vouchers with be delivered to my cabin, then another one told me that they will be handed to me at check in... I dont think that the reps really know where to pick them up.....

 

But getting excited about the cruise....just think 9 more days and we will be onboard a beautiful stunning, gorgeous ship...soaking up the sun...having a nice drink in our hand....and just relaxing for entire week of enjoyment...
