Wanted to see if there is shopping around the Crown Bay port in St. Thomas, and are there free shuttle vans that take you to the shopping areas like at other locations?

There are a few very small shops and a few vendor/kiosk type stands. If shopping is your priority here then I would definitely go downtown. No free shuttles. Taxis (mostly open air seating but a few air conditioned) are about $4 pp each way.
