tutak Posted September 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2014 (edited) We have a party of 5 adults and 4 children on a pre-cruise stay at the Springhill Suites at FLL in January. Because there are 9 of us, will we have any problems with the shuttle from the airport or to the cruise port the nex day? I don't expect you would have problems, but it's probably best to contact the hotel to be sure.
SOMBRERO6 Posted September 27, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 27, 2014 When you arrive at the airport you will call the Springhill suites to be picked up. Tell them you have 9 people and luggage and they will accommodate you. When you arrive at the hotel, make your arrangements for transfer to the cruiseport. They had multiple shuttles that day and they will assign you a time for departure. It is a little controlled chaos that day but nothing you can't deal with. We did this in Feb. and it all worked out well. Great breakfast, pool and clean hotel.

We had a party of 12 stay at Springhill Suites , they picked us up at FLL and drove us to Port Everglades the next day (after a nice breakfast). It's close to a shopping center, we all walked to Chipotle that night for burritos and also walked to K Mart across the street for stuff we forgot. I will be leaving the hotel on Oct 27, a Monday.
