Booking a special meal before I go?

Was thinking of booking a meal in the Tusan for my wife and I.

Preferably on the night we leave from Lisbon.

 

Can I book before we leave? If so, how do I go about it!

 

What time of night would be ideal?

Think it would be lovely sailing away with Lisbon in the back drop.

The ship departs at 6pm.

 

If I had to change my mind when we were on the ship would I be able to cancel, no cost etc?
