We are platinum at the moment with C&A but 2 years ago did a back to back with Celebrity in the Caribbean can we get points added to our cruise and anchor ? we are off again on a back to back on Freedom in 3 weeks and the extra Celebrity point would make us Emerald .:)

Nope. The loyalty program points are specific to brand. They do offer reciprocity for certain levels, but the points remain separate. Sorry.

No luck there. While the brands will acknowledge each other's status each brand tallies its own points.

The other day someone was mentioning that there were changes coming next year to the program. Any rumors when and what is going to change? most probably more points to reach a certain status I guess.

The only changes that have been confirmed by RCI via email, are changes for their VIP Club Royale members, effective March 15 2015. Whatever changes they are making for their casino players, we won't know specifics until January 2015.

 

There's been a lot of speculations on this board regarding their point system, possible adding another level in between D+ and Pinnacle, but nothing official has been confirmed by RCI.

The distance between D+ and Pinnacle makes me more likely to try other lines after reaching D+. If the put another level with some meaningful perks in there, I'd be more likely to stay loyal.

So true. We just turned Pinnacle and there are no extra discounts or coupons. We do get a gold sea pass card and personalized Pinnacle pins.:)

What about the free cruise?

On several ships Pinnacles have gotten extra Internet minutes. Also a few ships have a very nice dinner for suite guests and PC.
