New Cabins on Navigator Deck 3

We drew cabin 3700 on a guarantee for our upcoming Thanksgiving cruise on the Navigator.

 

From the deck plans, not even sure how we would get to it. Also concerned about noise as it appears to be right in Studio B.

 

At least everything in it will be new...

 

Anybody have more info on these new deck 3 cabins?

I've never stayed in one of those cabins but we walked down that hallway just looking around and it was very quiet. It was during the ice show and we couldn't hear anything.
