Fancy Dress Night - Carnival Spirit

Recommended Posts

I think it depends on how many nights the cruise is but on our cruise, the theme nights were::: Island / tropical night (which nearly everyone dressed up for) country and western (which probably 50% dressed up for) and Pirate (which hardly anyone dressed up for) and I can't remember for sure if it was carnival but there may have been an 80's theme as well (not many dressed up for that either)

Hope that helps.

Ps. What ever theme it is, they have clothes etc at shops to purchase.

They do mexican and Caribbean (which people dress up in pirate costumes/tropical island costumes etc).

I found about 50% of people dressed up and participated in the activities on top deck at night time.

I never saw any themed outfits/accessories in the shops on the ship so best to take with you if you're planning on dressing up.
