Allure Wifi plan pricing

What are recent prices for the various wifi packages on Allure (or Oasis for that matter)? Also, is the price per person/phone or per cabin? We have a family with a total of 3 cabins and I'm trying to find the most economical approach (the $30 per person on board phones are in play, too). I found some Royal Caribbean "official" info, but it is outdated. Are the wifi plans discounted for Crown and Anchor (D+) guests? Trying to decide if it is better to go with the $120 AT&T plan or do wifi on the ship...Thanks for any recent information you've got.
