Better Late Than Never, Review of the Emerald Princess

We have an awesome day lounging and swimming and eating. P.C. is really the perfect beach stop . It's only your fellow passengers, so you can let the guard down a little more than a public beach. There were times all 4 of us were gone from our spot, and there was never a problem, and we have never since had a problem in all our return trips to P.C..

We did make it to the little shopping village off Princess property. Bought some stuff and then we headed back to the ship on the tender.

After getting back to the ship, we head to our cabin for a shower and some rest. We then head out to explore the ship at a more leisurely pace than the stamp hunt.

I need to make a correction the Chef's table is Wed. evening not tonight.

We have another nice meal with new friends.

Another great day, with gorgeous weather, a good time has been had by all :).

Tues. Sept. 21st, 2010

Today is a sea day and our official M&M at 3:00p.m. in Skywalker's Nightclub, with a slot pull scheduled for right after in the casino.

We get up about 8:00a.m. and head to breakfast in the MDR, which is very good, love the fresh pastry brought around.

After breakfast we head up to Adagio Bar for some trivia. Two guys both sitting alone separately asked if we want to form a team and we said sure. We did alright not good enough to win anything, but not bad, we had fun which was the important thing.

After trivia I want to go to the Martini Demonstration, and Terry wants to go explore, so we go our separate ways. I didn't get picked to sample any of the martinis, but I was filmed for the souvenir video. I got to watch myself every time I walked through the Photo area as they put the snip-it of me in the promo. showing on the monitors.

I then head to the Princess Theater for the Port & Shopping Show, didn't win anything :(.

I find Terry and we head off to lunch in the MDR.

After lunch we head back to the cabin and grab our gifts for the gift exchange at the M&M, and head to Nightwalkers Nightclub.

Wow what a crowd, we pretty much fill the entire space. One of the RC members has an ice breaker game where you have to find someone who fits the statement. It was a fun way to get to know everyone. A bunch of the Senior Staff showed up including the Captain. He was even gracious enough to pose for pix with anyone that wanted to. After they left we did our gift exchange and I picked the gift from our friends who let us spend the day with them in FL. the day before the cruise, too funny.
