Turtle Farm picture?

My husband and I were at the Turtle Farm last week and they took a picture of us holding a turtle. We paid for the picture, and they said it would be e-mailed to us. Nothing has been received, and they haven't responded to my e-mails. Has anyone else had this done, and did you receive the picture? Thanks.

I know the owners - that complaint seems really strange.

I have e-mailed both e-mail addresses I was given when the picture was taken (one being the one you listed.) So far there has been no response.
