Orlando- Happy Limo- Not a good experience

I recently tried to make reservations with Happy Limo in Orlando for transporation to Port Canaveral. Not a good experience. They did not reply to emails. They sent my reservation with credit card info through a third party. Did not fix a reservation issue. Not professional. Booked with a other limo company.

I used Happy Limo 2 years ago and had an excellent experience. I confirmed rates and other info via email and they responded the same day. I then phoned in my reservation and they emailed and snailmailed a confirmation.

 

The driver was waiting for us at the luggage carousel and helped with our luggage. She stopped at a local store and waited for us to pick up our supplies then helped unload our luggage at destination.She even searched her change to help my daughter collect her state quarters!

 

I don't know if this is another one of those instances of different experiences, or the company now has different owners.

If I was to use them again, I would ask if they are owned by same people.

Our driver was Olga, reportedly the owner's girlfriend, and we wouldn't hesitate if she was available again. They also honored an onine discount.

I have heard that Happy Limo of Orlando has new owners and that they are being more responsive.

I decided to rent through Budget and leave the driving to me. Is costs about $150 roundtrip and no % for gratuity:D
