Dublin, port to airport transfer

Hope someone can give a definitive answer to this. We are cruising into Dublin after 8 days on Windstar Legend next July. Would like to know the options and value of airport shuttles and taxis from port to airport. Also, what is the time involved, or, what is the earliest flight to book to be safe?
