Paradise Cove - Freeport . . . Kayaking

Had planned a day at Paradise Cove snorkeling . . .weather is looking a little overcast and not as warm as I would like. Afraid water is going to be a little chilly for snorkeling. Anyone with recent experience kayaking around the reef? Are the kayaks allowed in area of reef? Can you see much from the kayaks? They say they have clear bottom kayaks . . . Just looking for some recent feedback!
