Miami - Rent a Car

I am going to spend the day with Family after the cruise and need to get a rental car. Is there a car rental agency at the port? Do I have to go the airport? Help!!!

You have to go to the AP but there will be all sorts of free shuttles sponsered by the various rental agencies to get you there.

I just reserved a car with National for the day our cruise ends. I was told that there would be National shuttles at the port to take people to the airport to get their cars. They said to call their office if a shuttle wasn't there in 40 minutes. (Don't think I'll wait THAT long!)
