Costa Rica Coffee Plantation Experience w/ Celebrity

Has anyone done the CR46 Celebrity tour to Espiritu Santo Coffee Plantation, Sarchi, and the Ox Cart Factory?

 

Is the coffee plantation one of the Starbucks providers?

How much inner workings are seen, or is this just a coffee tasting & purchasing?

 

Is lunch in Sarchi included (what is served?) or on our own (what's available)?

 

How long was spent at the Ox cart factory? How much of the manufacturing process is there to be seen? Or is it just a showroom or museum?

Haven't done Espiritu Santo with Celebrity, but did with Crystal a few years ago. The tour was wonderful and I learned a lot, but the coffee they let us try was not a good taste for me. I ended up buying some, carted it home, tried it again, hated it and threw the rest away. They just didn't roast it dark enough for my taste.
