How would someone on shore reach us on our ship durning an emergency at home? I've searched the RCL website and can't find anything. We are On the FOS departing Feb 8 out of PC. Thanks in advance.

How would someone on shore reach us on our ship durning an emergency at home? I've searched the RCL website and can't find anything. We are On the FOS departing Feb 8 out of PC. Thanks in advance.

 

 

They can always call Royal Caribbean directly and get the number for the ship or on your Cruise Compass the first day on the very bottom either front or back page lists the number for the ship. You can call or text them before the ship leaves the port and give them the number.

A: Your friends and family can contact the ship by calling (888) 724-7447. Or from outside the U.S. they can call (321) 953-9003. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute and can be charged to their MasterCard® or Visa®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply.

 

You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom, 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and will be automatically charged to your SeaPass account.

 

You can also use our onboard Internet Cafés, stateroom Internet connection, or Hot Spots to send an e-mail to your friends or family for a minimal fee.

Make sure you leave them the ship name and your cabin number along with the phone number - they speed up the process:)
