Epic October 18th-question

Question for all the seasoned cruisers.....we are booked on the western med cruise in October. Earlier I tried to do a mock booking and our week is no longer offered on the NCL website. What does this mean? That the ship is full? Really? I find that hard to believe...has this happened to anyone before?
