Cavetubing.bz and zipline, shoes?

If you are doing both zip lining and the cave tubing, do you wear shoes for both or is there time to change shoes in between activities? I'm not sure water shoes are the best choice for zip lining and would prefer to change into sneakers or vice versa.

 

Also many say to wear water shoes with hard soles not soft soles. I have your basic Walmart water shoes. Are these hard soled enough?

That's what I've worn in the past. An alternative, and charitable, idea, is to wear an old pair of sneaks to both and bring a newer pair or flops with you to change for the return to the ship. Then after cavetubing, just leave you old sneaks in the collection box for local distribution.

This is what my family did. We also left T-shirts and shorts. :) It was nice not having to carry wet clothes and shoes back to the ship with us.
