Best Helicopter Excursions?

We are doing Southbound on Princess July 18. We want to do a helicopter excursion, but not through the cruise line. Who is the best, safest company to use? We can do it in any port - but don't know where it is the best to do it.

Most vendors are long standing, well run companies. There are only a few. I suggest you first determine what tour you want? Then perhaps, see who's schedule fits you best.

 

You have the option for 3 vendors out of Juneau, ERA, TEMSCO and Coastal, I have flown with them all, plus a trekking vendor Northstar- who I only recommend their level 3 trek. One vendor in Skagway. TEMSCO

 

There is a helicopter vendor in Ketchikan, that I am no familiar with.

 

There are also at least 2 vendors in Seward.
