Valor 4J room upgrades?

Ok, I'm doing the Valor in Nov with a 4J cabin. Now, I've only been on 2 cruises , The Dream and Sunshine balconys and never had an upgrade. Just curious if anyone with a 4J room ever got an upgrade..and what was the upgrade. I did book ES on the Valor.
