What's the best and calmest place to have lunch on Epic on Embarkation day?

There is normally 2 options.

 

Option 1: The Garden Cafe buffet - everyone says it's mega busy on embarktion day (though I didn't find it so plus there's better views there)

 

Option 2: Normally Taste the MDR on Deck 4. Haven't been there for lunch so I don't know what it's like but people who are put off by a potentially busy buffet tend to go there.

o sheehans for me its always the best place for embarkation lunch ive been on epic twice and one more booked i love the epic its a great ship

I'd recommend eating at O'Sheehan's or the dining room. I'll be back on the getaway in 2 weeks and I'll probably go straight to O'Sheehan's.

We always have lunch at whatever main dining room is open on embarkation day. It is one of the reasons I have stayed loyal to NCL as most other lines do not offer this option. The staff is supposed to try to direct you to the buffet so it is wonderfully relaxed and the perfect way to start the cruise in my opinion! It is never crowded. We linger over lunch while waiting for our rooms to be ready. :)
