Shopping for island pandora charm/bead

Do the jewelry stores have unique pandora style beads/charms unique to the island? If so, are they any cheaper than in the U.S.?

only place we've seen Pandora was Cayman where there is a full Pandora store

 

there was no 'island specific' charm but a turtle or a cruise boat seemed appropriate

 

other than tax savings the prices were exactly the same as what I've paid in US at my local jeweler and Pandora store

 

there might be some knock-offs around but I've not seen them other than on the ships themselves . . .
